Problem Statement

Reid & Taylor is a fast growing brand and hence both customer acquisition and customer attrition are at a high rate. It is interesting to note that just 5% reduction in customer attrition can increase profits by 25% to 80%. The Client wanted to reduce customer attrition and build a solid Customer Relationship Management platform to connect with customers and ensure customer engagement with the brand.
