Nikhil Dhoka

Nikhil Dhoka has extensive experience providing loyalty systems for retail industry. Prior to co-founding Unit Marketing Solutions, Mr. Dhoka worked with major retail company for 2 years He is an expert on database marketing systems and has participated at several conferences and Business Expos. Nikhil has done B.Tech (Mechanical) from IIT Bombay.
Kaushal Chandak

Kaushal Chandak's experience runs across domains. He started his career after B.Tech from IIT Bombay in Consumer Products, designing and innovating at Whirlpool. He moved out to i-maritime Consulting, where he served as consultant in various Infrastructure projects. He used his knowledge of Mass Communication diploma from Symbiosis in his media venture - freeDUM. Also MBA Finance from XLRI, before joining UNIT served as Manager in SBI Capital Markets advising and arranging funds from Mega projects in Infrastructure.
Nazmuddin Karedia

An MBA from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR) and a DEIM from Welingkar Institute of Management Studies Nazmuddin has over 3 years of experience in the worlds of CRM, Loyalty and Analytics. His first stint included execution of CRM and Loyalty programs with Direxions Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where he worked on projects for ICICI Bank and Unilever. He currently spearheads the Marketing and Service function at UNIT.
